Deacon Bob Rayner
Permanent Deacon

A native of Beloit, Wisconsin, Deacon Bob Rayner studied Metallurgical Engineering and Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and eventually received a Master's Degree in Taxation from the University of Texas at Arlington. When he's not at the Church, Deacon Bob, CPA, works as Director of Finance for St. Elizabeth Seton. He came to All Saints following his Ordination to the Permanent Diaconate in 2018, and in 2019, he completed his Masters of Theological Studies from the University of Dallas with concentrations in Pastoral Ministry and Scripture. In addition to his regular service at All Saints, Deacon Bob is a Chaplain for the Buster Cole State Jail in Bonham. He and his wife Becky were married in 1986 and have one grown daughter named Cait.
