Maria Guzman serves as the Business Manager for All Saints Parish. With more than 20 years of
experience in management and business operations, she brings a strong background in
leadership, organizational development, and relationship building.

Maria holds a degree in Business Administration, and is passionate about helping organizations
operate effectively while fostering a collaborative and welcoming environment. She believes
that strong relationships are at the heart of every successful organization and enjoys working
alongside staff, volunteers, parishioners, and ministry leaders.

Having lived in Southern California for many years, Maria recently relocated to the Dallas–Fort
Worth area and is grateful for the opportunity to serve the All Saints community. Her Catholic
faith has been a guiding force throughout her life, and she considers it a true privilege and
blessing to work in the House of God.

Known for her faith, resilience, and commitment to service, Maria enjoys working with others to
support the mission of the Church and strengthen the parish community.

Outside of work, Maria is the proud mother of two children, whom she loves dearly and
considers among God's greatest blessings in her life.
