LPC has over 15 years of experience in counseling and career development. She specializes in supporting individuals through both planned and unexpected career and life transitions. Her work spans across all stages of life—from college students exploring their career paths and landing their first jobs, to women re-entering the workforce, professionals seeking a career change, managers aiming for advancement, and those searching for deeper meaning and purpose in their work.
Jessica understands that career decisions and changes significantly impact overall well-being. She takes a holistic, client-centered approach to counseling, helping clients align their personal and professional lives for greater balance and fulfillment.
In addition to career counseling, Jessica supports individuals navigating grief and loss, life after divorce, single and co-parenting, relationship challenges, and other major life changes. She is passionate about helping clients recognize patterns to facilitate personal growth, identify and tap into strengths, and move forward with intention toward a more fulfilling life.
Jessica earned her degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She brings a wealth of experience from her work in nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and higher education institutions, where she has supported hundreds of individuals in clarifying their career paths, navigating the job search process, and securing competitive positions.
In addition to her counseling credentials, Jessica holds a business degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin. She enjoys blending her background in business with her passion for counseling to help clients create meaningful, purpose-driven lives and careers. She is currently in private practice working with clients virtually in Texas.
