Ron Depaola is the CEO of Ron Depaola & Associates Mediation and conflict coaching services Inc. Through a successful and diverse 20-year professional career in both the corporate and not for profit sectors, where he held several senior management level positions, Ron developed exceptional and critical conflict resolution and de-escalation skills allowing him to effectively problem solve and manage conflict inside the workplace. Ron is an accredited Mediator and a roster member for the Attorney General of Ontario’s Mandatory Mediation Program.
Ron provides comprehensive conflict management training and coaching designed to equip individuals and teams with the essential skills needed to effectively identify, address and prevent conflict in various settings. As a certified Workplace Fairness Analyst, Ron specializes in workplace restoration focusing on transforming toxic work environments into respectful, collaborative spaces where teams can thrive.
