Michael Barrett

Mike has over 25-years of experience, having worked for and in-providing consulting to the financial services industry as well as non-profits and governmental agencies.  After making the decision to retire, he has pursued his passion of helping others in discovering their best self in order to find their “Miracle of Work Job.”

Mike’s expertise ranges from working with the previously incarcerated to Fortune 500 executives. I serve with the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to find their "Miracle of Work" job.

Mike’s work with non-profits is focused on job training and career consulting for victims of domestic violence, long-term incarcerated individuals as well as members of the homeless community.  His specialty includes establishing and managing Shelter Job Programs. He provides targeted instruction to organizational employees on how to work with their clients to find and secure meaningful employment.  These focused programs include skills assessment, resume and cover letter creation, practice interview and the successful job search.                         

Mike’s career and service has spanned across the country from Los Angeles, CA, Dallas, TX, Boston, MA and Providence, RI.  Mike’s undergraduate degrees are from California State Polytechnic University in Business Management, International Agriculture and Public Administration.  His MBA is from Azusa Pacific University in Business Management in addition to being a Certified Parish Business Administrator from Loyola Marymount University. He also attended Harvard University, Cambridge for Adult Training Strategies.
