Grethel Bohannon
Grethel has over sixteen years of well-rounded experience in Human Resources. Providing administration, communication, and implementation of Human Resources programs and policies across different sectors, such as: Hospitality (hotels), third party logistics and manufacturing. She is currently the Human Resources Manager for Dal-Tile, where she supports 250+ team members in manufacturing.
Grethel earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration at the University of Texas at Dallas. In addition to English, she is fluent in Spanish. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and is SHRM-CP certified. She has served as a translator for her kids’ elementary school for the past two years.
She enjoys helping others on their job search by providing resume support and interview coaching. She has been a member of All Saints Catholic Church since 2010.
