All Financial Aid applications are submitted online through FACTS Management at the cost of $35. Applications may be completed as early as November 1, 2025 (with 2024 taxes) for priority consideration. To be considered for need-based financial aid, all completed applications are due by March 1, 2026.

All Saints Parishioner Criteria & Expectations

Rationale

As a ministry of All Saints Catholic Community our primary mission is to spread Gospel values and that starts with serving those in our parish. At the same time, we recognize that the benefits of a Catholic education are attractive to families from all neighborhoods and religions.

With this balance in mind, All Saints offers a lower tuition rate for its parishioners assuming they are registered and active in the life of the parish. The higher rate for non-members is not intended to be punitive, but to recognize and supplement the support received from our parish community.

Criteria for Parishioner Status

A parishioner must be registered at All Saints Catholic Church and meet the below criteria.

A Commitment of Time
A parishioner of All Saints is expected to make a commitment to attend weekly Mass, events at both the church and the school, and to pray for the mission of ASCS on a regular basis. Though difficult to measure, this expectation is arguably the most important as it is where a family truly engages in our parish community.

A Commitment of Talent
A parishioner of All Saints is expected to contribute from their talents in the form of volunteering for events and activities around both the church and the school. By serving in these capacities families are building community while also defraying costs.

A family commits to spend at least 20 hours per year volunteering at either the church or the school. These hours are as a combined family and must be tracked via Renweb/the school app. They would include opportunities such as:

Fall Fest Teaching Faith Formation Volunteering with Youth Ministry
Coaching a Sport Serving on HSA Singing in the Parish Choir
Serving at Sunday Mass Preparing for an event And many many more

A Commitment of Treasure
A parishioner of All Saints is expected to contribute financially to the ministries of the parish. The amount of this commitment varies based on the ability of each family, however it is expected that every parishioner family commits to regular monthly (or weekly) gifts to All Saints Catholic Community.

These gifts must occur through the online giving platform (OneChurch) at the Church. Previously there was a minimum donation per year of $1,000. Families are asked to prayerfully consider a meaningful monthly (or weekly) gift. Catholic tradition teaches that a family’s full tithe should be 10% of total income. It is usually suggested that you give 5% to your parish and 5% combined to any other charities that touch your heart.

Review Process

Each year in March, prior to issuing updated Tuition Agreements, a report of registered All Saints parishioners will include both Family Service Hours and Regular Monthly Giving. Any family who has met the criteria above will be billed as a parishioner for the following school year. Any family not in compliance with the criteria outlined above will be billed at the full tuition scale for the following school year. This process will occur each year and families can move back and forth between categories each year depending on eligibility based on the criteria above.
